Here is everything you need to know about our cancellation policy when you make a booking for our pods.
14+ Days Before Check-In
Full FlexibilityA booking may be refunded in full or dates of stay changed free of charge when cancelled or amended 14 or more days before your check-in date.
14 Days to 48 Hours Before Check-In
Date Change OnlyA change of dates can be offered free of charge within this window. However, no monetary refund will be given.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Check-In
No ChangesNo refunds or date changes can be offered within 48 hours of your scheduled arrival.
